Construction notes:
Since this was just for a silly party, I really didn't put much accuracy into it. I left out the zippers and didn't angle the front of the duster correctly.

The fabric is cotton with small ribbing.

As for the wings, I blew up a pic, traced it, made the stencil, and painted them on with fabric paint. It's the only thing I really like about the whole costume.
