Construction notes :
This costume isn't totally accurate. I didn't feel like bothering with the lighter shade of blue on the chest/shoulder area. :)

I chose navy blue cotton for the material. Looking back now, I was convinced at the time that the whole outfit was a dark dark blue, but it seems it's rather black. ^^;; Eh, no worries.

The hanging collars are trimmed with gold bias tape. Fabric paint was used to create the design.

The tie is made from casa satin with the wrong side showing for no big sheen. The pedant was sculpted and painted.

The wig was ordered from Amphigory.
