Construction notes:

I fell in love with Polka when I saw the first trailer. I feel more in love while playing and decided I really wanted to make the costume.

The costume is cotton, french seamed. It was patterned on my dressform with muslin and worked from there. I'm not super at drafting pants/bloomers yet, so I did a generic base off a hakama pattern I had (only because it was right next to me at the time. ^^).

The apron is fully functional and a great place to hide things. :D There is hand sewn decorative stitching on it as well as the skirt and shawl.

The shoes were old shoes I no longer wore that were covered in matching fabrics. The shoe curls have wire in them for shape.

The wig is a, I think, a "Leslie" from Cosworz. I bought extensions and curled those with heat and glue. I've worked on a a more accurate way to do them since making this wig.

Socks. Easy. :D Bought from Sockdreams. I sewed the buttons on. By the way, "Sock Glue" works! The socks never shifted.
