Construction notes:

The Lunar series has been one of my favorites for quite a while. When my friends and I decided on doing a skit involving the game, I was totally excited. The original person that chose Luna had to drop out which then took me out of stage ninja and into Luna. :D It all worked out since I was looking to do another Lunar costume.

The entire costume is cotton and fur trim. I made it into separate pieces: yellow dress, over dress, belt, scarf, and head dress. I patterned the pieces off my dressform with muslim and went from there. It is lined (and can be worn inside out. ^^)

The black triangles on the headdress and scarf are measured and painted. The blue triangles are fabric, sewn, and bias tape on the edges.

The wig was purchased from an ebay vendor and styled. It doesn't look much of a style since a good portion is braided inside the headress. I cut the bangs since they were longer and curled the side pieces much more than what they came to me as.

The boots are another thrift store find! I added the fur trim and cording. Handsewing fun! Woo!
