Commissions are a first come, first serve process. Slots do fill fast. First payment secures the commission slot at that time.

If you have any thoughts or ideas for the costume/wig, please feel free to contact me. It's for YOU, so it should reflect what you would like. I strive for quality and accuracy on all pieces.

Be aware, when commissioning, I will need your full contact info and age (under 18 require guardian approval). This includes your full name, shipping/home address, phone #, email, IM. I will supply mine if commission is taken. I will not start the product without this vital information. All information is for commissioning purposes only and will not be released to a third party.

When commissioned, half of the payment is due in order to begin the process of buying materials and beginning. Once payment has been given (and cleared), I will then begin. I will be posting and emailing you progress shots. Upon completion, I will send you the completed shots of the costume/wig. The rest of the payment for the costume/wig will be sent. Once paid and cleared, I will ship the costume/wig to you.

I accept Money Orders or Paypal. If you use Paypal, the "fee" will be calculated into your full total. Link to calculator I use.

I will finish the product 2 weeks before the deadline at the latest. This will ensure that the costume/wig will reach you in plenty of time. If you would like the item sooner, please specify before first payment.

All sales are final.

I use USPS for shipping. All packages are sent priority with delivery confirmation/tracking. You can purchase insurance or express mail if you wish. I package everything as neat and tight as possible to make sure it is delivered safely.

In the event that the wig/costume is delivered to you damaged, I will repair it for free. You pay for the shipping back to me and I will pay for the shipping back to you. In the even the wig/costume is damaged during wear, this is a case-by-case matter.

All wigs come on a wig head.

You are not allowed to enter costume/wigs in craftmanship contests unless I am present for judging or credit is given to me. You cannot claim that you made it.

I will always work with you if you cannot pay the final amount on time. However, if it is not paid at the end of 30 days of me notifying you of completion, it will be treated as abandoned. The costume/wig becomes property of Lizzy's Commissions and will be resold with no refund to the commissionee.
