Construction notes:

Nothing really to write about with this one. I basically threw it together for the skit. Tight funds= cheapest of the cheap fabrics and whatever is laying around the house. The hat is a visor from work with interfacing and matching fabric glued on.

The skirt is a basic circle with some elastic. The top, heh, a plain patterned shirt with a zipper added (and added crooked. Ha!). Belt= husband's. Pouch= my DS case. Shoes= work shoes again! Gloves= left at home.
