Construction notes:
I adore the Disgaea games, but I am TERRIBLE at them. Tactics are my enemy.

Super budget costume. Most of it was made from the cheaper cottons. The navy blue was made from trigger cotton with stiff interfacing for the upper squares. The trim is bias tape and has a working from zipper. Arms are the same, cotton with bias tape. The belt is stiff interfacing covered with cotton. The buckle is craft foam, painted. (Oooh ahh. lol) The shoes are a thirft store find with stuffed yellow fabric attached.

The base wig was purchased from Cosworx. Actually, 2 wigs were purchased and wefted together in order to make the 3 pigtails. (Yes, the art shows 5 pigtails.... 3 is enough, trust me. lol) Each curl took one night each to sculpt. Trying to defy gravity was tough with this bugger. I did add more side bangs. The wig is slightly smaller that my head so I had to hide my own hair. Below theer is a photo of the back of the wig with my hair sticking out.... it actually doesn't. I just threw the wig on for a quick photo. : )

The costume was fun to wear but still needs improvements if I am to wear it again. One day I'll have a chance to line the top..... one day.....
